These terms apply whenever you submit a build, photo, link, review, or other content to Bricks and Octane. DRAFT.
You keep ownership
You retain all rights you already hold in what you submit. Bricks and Octane does not claim ownership of your content.
The licence you grant us
By submitting content you grant Bricks and Octane a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and format that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the site (for example on category pages, feeds, and social previews). You can ask us to remove your content at any time; the licence ends for future use when we take it down.
What you promise
- The content is yours, or you have permission from the owner to share it.
- It uses official LEGO® parts only (no clone brands) and follows our Fair Play rules.
- It does not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, or privacy.
- Photos are your own images — we never rehost third-party photos or instructions.
Attribution & deep-linking
We credit creators and link back to the original source. If your work appears via a link you provided, it stays hosted at its source — we point to it, we do not copy it.
Moderation & removal
Submissions may be reviewed before they appear, and content from under-13 members is pre-moderated. We may remove content that breaks these terms or our Fair Play rules.
