How we use cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We group them into categories so you can choose what to allow. When you first visit, a bar at the bottom of the page offers Deny, Accept, and Manage (choose by category). Nothing in the analytics, advertising, or personalization categories loads until you press Accept or save a choice that allows it — and those categories never run for a visitor who tells us they are under 13 or 13 to 17, whether as a member or by answering the optional age question on the bar.
What runs without consent
Two things work before you choose, and neither identifies you: when you click a link that leaves the site we record that the link was clicked (no cookie, no identifier, no session), and embedded videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set advertising cookies. Visitors who tell us they are under 13 or 13 to 17 get neither.
